Is Live & Color® legitimate?

Live & Color® is a registered LLC in the state of Wisconsin, USA.

The name Live & Color® is a registered trademark that is legally recognized by the USPTO. Live & Color® LLC holds all rights and ownership to the name. Any unauthorized use of the Live & Color® is subject to infringement rights and legal action.

Infringers are subject to statutory damages by law, that can range from $1,000 to $20,000 with increased amounts for willful infringement of the brand name.

Does Live & Color® sell worldwide?

We would love to! However, not quite yet. We are currently selling and shipping in the USA only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

What inspired Live & Color® to be created?

Live & Color® was created to be a one stop shop for fun, trendy and vibrant handbags, backpacks, accessories and stationary supplies that also serves a purpose for productivity in your life at an affordable price.

Where is Live & Color® located?

We are located in MKE, Wisconsin. We are ecommerce only, with no brick and mortar shops.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders ASAP. Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days. Please be aware that holidays can impact shipping times.

What is your refund policy?

We strive to minimize returns but also stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your product or order, OR if there is a quality issue, please e-mail us at support@liveandcolor.com

NOTE: If you have a quality issue with your order, you must e-mail and notify us no later than 7 days after your order has arrived.

We will do everything we can to make things right for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

Please note, Live & Color® is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 7 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
